Privacy

Effective 3 October 2026. This policy is for the Cafe 2400 Orders board at https://cafe2400.nativeforge.io. Six Star Productions runs the board.

What we collect

The work email or mobile number that you type to sign in, the time that you sign in, and a cookie that keeps your device signed in. If you ask for access, also your first and last name, email and mobile number.

How we use it

Only to approve your access, to send your sign-in code and to keep you signed in. We do not use it for marketing.

Who gets it

Our email provider gets your email address, and our text-message provider gets your mobile number, only to deliver your code. Nobody else gets it.

Text messages

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotions. We never share text-message opt-in data or consent with any third party. Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts. How sign-in codes by text work.

How long we keep it

A code works for 10 minutes and then never works again. We keep a record of who signed in and when, for security.
